摘要
目的:探讨神经根型颈椎病采用中药外敷联合针灸治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2018年7月—2019年2月我院收治的90例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组。对照组给予单一针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上运用中药外敷联合治疗,对两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果:治疗前,两组疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的PPI、VAS以及PRI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组的治疗有效率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的症状体征量化评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上运用中药外敷联合针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病可以获得较好效果。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of external application of Traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:July 2018-February 2019,our hospital during the period of 90 patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type as the research object,according to the digital method of random divided into two groups,which gives the control single acupuncture treatment,and on the basis of the observation group,and use of combination treatment with traditional Chinese medicine external treatment,to compare the effect of two groups of analysis.Results:before treatment,there was no difference in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PPI,VAS and PRI scores of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment efficiency of the observation group was high,and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the quantitative scores of symptoms and signs of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of Traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can obtain better results.
