摘要
为了提升办学质量,对教师进行分类管理尤为必要。漳州职业技术学院在实践探索中,实施教师队伍分类管理和差异发展策略,实行精细化教师分类与评估、个性化职业发展路径设计、差异化全面评价机制。实践表明,分类管理对激发教师的积极性和创造性、提高教师的整体素质和水平具有重要意义,有助于推动高职教育的内涵式发展。
In order to improve the quality of education,it is particularly necessary to implement classified management of teachers.In practical exploration,Zhangzhou Institute of Technology has implemented teacher classification management and differentiated development strategies,implementing refined teacher classification and evaluation,personalized career development path design,and differentiated comprehensive evaluation mechanisms.Practice has shown that classification management is of great significance in stimulating the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers,improving their overall quality and level,and helping to promote the connotative development of higher vocational education.
