“双减”政策背景下上门体育培训的兴起动因、面临挑战与未来展望 被引量:2

Rise of Door to Door Sports Training:Driving Factors,Challenges,and Prospects in Context of“Double Reduction”Policy

摘要 “上门经济”蓬勃发展为体育培训服务的发展创造了良好机遇,基于“双减”政策时代背景,运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法对上门体育培训服务的兴起动因、面临挑战与未来展望进行了探讨。研究发现,目前上门体育培训的兴起主要与服务消费提质升级,科技进步与互联网融合,“上门经济”的蓬勃发展等动因有关,并面临服务质量与安全保障的系统性隐患,伦理责任与法律规制的多元化挑战;培训内容与课程体系的规范化困境等方面问题。对此针对性地提出了完善从业人员培养与管理制度,提高培训队伍专业化水平;完善法律法规体系,强化上门体育培训服务的监管机制;创新课程体系设计,促进上门体育培训服务个性化发展的优化路径。 The flourishing“door to door economy”has created favorable opportunities for the development of sports training services.Against the backdrop of the“Double Reduction”policy,this study employed literature review and logical analysis to explore the driving factors,challenges,and future prospects of door to door sports training services.The research found that the rise of door to door sports training was primarily driven by factors such as the upgrade of service consumption quality,technological advancements and internet integration,and the booming“door to door economy”.However,the challenges it faced included risks in service quality,safety assurance,diversified ethical responsibilities,legal regulations and standardization difficulties in training content and curriculum systems.In response,improving the cultivation and management system for practitioners to enhance professionalism,perfecting the legal and regulatory framework to strengthen supervision,and innovating curriculum design to promote personalized development were effective measures.
