摘要
目的 探讨医院-社区-家庭三元联动干预在极低出生体质量儿(very low birth weight infants, VLBWI)中的应用效果。方法 选取VLBWI为研究对象,随机分为对照组(40例)和三元联动组(40例)。对照组采用常规干预模式,三元联动组采用医院-社区-家庭三元联动干预模式,观察比较两组VLBWI出院后纠正年龄3、6、12个月时新生儿相关疾病发生率、家属满意度及体质量、身长、体内蛋白水平。结果 三元联动组VLBWI新生儿相关疾病发生率低于对照组,体内蛋白水平、身长、体质量发育水平、家属满意度均高于对照组,均P<0.05。结果 医院-社区-家庭三元联动干预可减少VLBWI新生儿相关疾病发生率,促进VLBWI体格发育,提升家属满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of hospital community family triple intervention on very low birth weight infants(VLBWI)after discharge.Methods VLBWI study subjects were selected and divided into a control group(40 cases)and a study group(40 cases)in odd even order of admission.The control group adopted a conventional intervention mode,while the research group adopted a hospital community family ternary linkage intervention mode.The incidence of neonatal related diseases,family satisfaction,weight,length,and body protein levels were observed and compared between the two groups at the corrected ages of 3,6,and 12 months after VLBWI discharge.Results The incidence of VLBWI related diseases in newborns in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of body protein,body length,weight development,and family satisfaction were all higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital community family triple linkage intervention can reduce the incidence of VLBWI related diseases in newborns,promote VLBWI physical development,and improve family satisfaction.
