摘要
目的探究医院-社区-家庭三元联动护理模式在糖尿病足患者中的干预价值。方法选取2022年8月—2024年2月揭阳市揭东区第二人民医院外科收治的84例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,按照护理方法不同分为两组,各42例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取医院-社区-家庭三元联动护理。对比两组血糖水平、自我管理能力、护理满意度。结果护理后,两组空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,两组自我管理行为量表评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院-社区-家庭三元联动护理模式可改善糖尿病足患者血糖水平,降低再次住院率,提高其自我管理能力与护理满意度。
Objective To explore the intervention value of hospital-community-family ternary linkage nursing model in patients with diabetic foot.Methods From August 2022 to February 2024,84 patients with diabetic foot admitted to the Department of Surgery of the Second People's Hospital of Jiedong District of Jieyang City were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received hospital-community-family ternary linkage nursing.The blood glucose level,self-management ability and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-management Behavior Scale in both groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital-community-family ternary linkage nursing model can improve the blood glucose level of diabetic foot patients,reduce the rehospitalization rate,and improve their selfmanagement ability and nursing satisfaction.
