摘要
目的探讨强化围术期护理联合主动膀胱功能训练干预在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果。方法选择2021年1月—2023年10月济宁市第三人民医院收治的120例剖宫产产妇为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施强化围术期护理联合主动膀胱功能训练干预,两组均持续护理3 d。对比两组的术后康复进程、排尿功能、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组自主排尿、肛门排气、肛门排便、下床活动及住院时间分别为(2.28±0.46)h、(25.11±4.11)h、(36.92±5.41)h、(38.42±5.37)h、(3.56±0.82)d,均短于对照组的(3.85±0.52)h、(31.39±5.60)h、(40.46±5.69)h、(42.46±6.35)h、(4.80±0.96)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组排尿通畅率为86.67%,高于对照组的66.67%,排尿困难率为3.33%,低于对照组的13.33%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的13.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化围术期护理联合主动膀胱功能训练干预在剖宫产产妇中具有较好的应用效果,有利于加快其康复进程,改善排尿功能,减少并发症的发生,提升护理满意度。
objective Exploring the application effect of strengthening perioperative nursing combined with active bladder function training intervention in cesarean section parturients.Methods Selecting 120 cesarean section parturients admitted to Jining Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 as the research subjects,divided them into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received strengthening perioperative nursing combined with active bladder function training intervention.Both groups received continuous nursing for 3 days.Compare the postoperative rehabilitation progress,urinary function,occurrence of complications,and nursing satisfaction between two groups.Results The autonomous urination,anal exhaust,anal defecation,bed mobility,and hospital stay in the observation group were(2.28±0.46)h,(25.11±4.11)h,(36.92±5.41)h,(38.42±5.37)h,and(3.56±0.82)d,respectively,which were shorter than(3.85±0.52)h,(31.39±5.60)h,(40.46±5.69)h,(42.46±6.35)h,and(4.80±0.96)d of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had a urinary patency rate of 86.67%,which was higher than 66.67%of the control group,and a urinary difficulty rate of 3.33%,which was lower than 13.33%of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than the 13.33%in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than the 86.67%of the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening perioperative nursing combined with active bladder function training intervention has a good application effect in cesarean section parturients,which is beneficial for accelerating their rehabilitation process,improving urination function,reducing the occurrence of complications,and enhancing nursing satisfaction.
