摘要
目的:探讨低频电刺激联合脐针治疗对宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留患者的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数表法将60例宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留患者分为低频电刺激组(第1组)、脐针组(第2组)、低频电刺激联合脐针组(第3组),每组各20例,分别给予低频电刺激、脐针及低频电刺激联合脐针治疗。随访并观察3组患者治疗前、治疗10天后的残余尿量、自主排尿恢复时间、尿流率。结果:治疗后3组患者的有效率分别是47.37%、55%、85%,第3组与第1组、第2组比较差异有统计学意义;治疗后3组患者的残余尿量、恢复自主排尿时间、尿流率,组间比较差异有统计学意义。结论:低频电刺激联合脐针治疗可有效减少患者残余尿,加快自主排尿恢复时间,改善尿流率,该联合疗法值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of low frequency electrical stimulation combined with navel acupuncture on urinary retention in patients with cervical cancer after radical hysterectomy.Methods Sixty patients with urinary retention after radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer were randomly divided into low frequency electrical stimulation group(group 1),navel acupuncture group(group 2),and low frequency electrical stimulation combined with navel acupuncture group(group 3)using random number table method,and were given low frequency electrical stimulation,navel acupuncture and low frequency electrical stimulation combined with navel acupuncture treatment.20 patients were in each group.Each patient was followed up,the residual urine volume,recovery time of autonomous urination,urine flow rate before and after 10 days of treatment in all patients were observed.Results After treatment,the effective rates of the three groups were 47.37%,55%,and 85%,respectively.The difference between group 3 and group 1 and group 2 was statistically significant;residual urine of the three groups of patients after treatment,recovery time of voluntary urination,and urinary flow rate were statistically significant among the groups.Conclusion Low frequency electrical stimulation combined with navel acupuncture can effectively reduce the residual urine of patients,speed up the recovery time of voluntary urination,and improve the flow rate.
