摘要
目的探讨剖宫产产妇采用胃肠动力治疗仪联合穴位治疗进行干预对预防产妇术后肠梗阻的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的剖宫产产妇100例作为研究对象,选取时间为2020年6月-2021年5月,采用随机数字表法将100例患者分成治疗组(50例)与对照组(50例),对照组采用常规护理干预,治疗组采用胃肠动力治疗仪联合穴位治疗进行干预,对两组临床效果及胃肠功能恢复情况、腹围、腹腔压力、胃肠功能恢复时间进行比较。结果与对照组相比,治疗组临床效果明显更高(P<0.05);在肠鸣音、腹胀及肛门排气评分上,治疗组较对照组明显更低(P<0.05);与干预前比较,两组干预后腹围、腹腔压力均有明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组腹围、腹腔压力均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);在胃肠功能恢复时间上,治疗组较对照组明显更短(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产产妇采用胃肠动力治疗仪联合穴位治疗可有效提升预防产妇术后肠梗阻的临床效果,促进产妇胃肠功能恢复,对腹围、腹腔压力有显著调节作用,还可缩短胃肠功能恢复时间,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intervention of gastrointestinal motility therapy instrument combined with acupoint therapy on the prevention of postoperative intestinal obstruction in parturients of cesarean section.Methods 100 cases of cesarean section women admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the selection period was from June 2020 to May 2021.The random number table method was used to divide 100 patients into treatment group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases),the control group used conventional nursing intervention,and the treatment group used gastrointestinal motility therapy instrument combined with acupoint therapy for intervention.The clinical effects and gastrointestinal function recovery,abdominal circumference,abdominal pressure,and gastrointestinal function recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly higher(P<0.05);the scores of bowel sounds,abdominal distension and anal exhaustion were significantly lower in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05);and the intervention In the previous comparison,the abdominal circumference and abdominal pressure of the two groups were significantly reduced after intervention(P<0.05).The abdominal circumference and abdominal pressure of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);in terms of the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,the treatment The group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of gastrointestinal motility therapy instrument combined with acupoint therapy for cesarean women can effectively improve the clinical effect of preventing postoperative intestinal obstruction,promote the recovery of maternal gastrointestinal function,and have a significant regulatory effect on abdominal circumference and abdominal pressure,and can also shorten The recovery time of gastrointestinal function has high clinical application value.
