摘要
本文剖析了计量机构设备档案管理的现状及现实意义,并提出了一套计量机构设备档案信息化转型的有效策略,以中国计量科学研究院的信息技术实现设备档案资源共享为案例,共同促进设备档案资源的有效利用和实验室管理的规范化,最大化地挖掘和利用计量机构设备的潜在价值,提高设备利用率,从而助力计量科研事业的繁荣发展。
This paper analyzes the current status and practical significance of equipment archive management in metrology institutions,and proposes an effective strategy for the informatization transformation of equipment archives in metrology institutions.Taking the information technology of the National Institute of Metrology,China,as a case study in achieving the sharing of equipment archive resources,this paper aims to jointly promote the effective utilization of equipment archive resources and standardization of laboratory management,maximizing the potential value of metrological equipment,improving equipment utilization efficiency,and thereby contributing to the prosperous development of metrological scientific research.
