摘要
人工智能技术的发展和应用是现阶段的一个热点问题,教育部在2023年提出要积极推进人工智能技术与教育的深度融合,全面提升师生素质素养,促进教育变革创新和高质量发展。为研究人工智能技术在学习行为分析领域应用的研究热点和趋势,本项目基于CNKI数据库,以2000-2023年间发表的学术期刊中的158篇有效文献作为样本,采用文献计量法和内容分析法,应用可视化软件CiteSpace分析人工智能技术应用于学习行为分析领域的研究状况,生成该领域的发文趋势、发文作者与合作网络关系、关键词聚类、关键词时间线图和时区图分析等知识图谱,并用内容分析法重点研究了该领域核心作者的研究成果以及人工智能技术在学习行为分析领域的技术应用研究进行了系统性的梳理和总结。经研究得出,随着信息化创新发展,人工智能技术在学习行为分析中的影响日益凸显,对优化教学成效、推动个性化教育发展发挥积极作用。针对人工智能技术应用与学习行为分析领域研究中存在的问题,本研究认为应从加强数据集的建设与共享、注重实用性和可行性技术的应用尝试、关注数据收集与应用过程中的伦理问题和对学习者的隐私保护等方面做研究深化。
The development and application of artificial intelligence technology is a hot issue at the current stage.The Ministry of Education proposed in 2023 to actively promote the deep integration of artificial intelligence technology and education,comprehensively improve the quality and literacy of teachers and students,and promote educational reform,innovation,and high-quality development.To investigate the research hotspots and trends in the application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of learning behavior analysis,this project is based on the CNKI database and utilizes 158 valid academic journal articles published between 2000 and 2023 as samples.By employing bibliometric and content analysis methods,we apply the visualization software CiteSpace to analyze the research status of artificial intelligence technology applied in the field of learning behavior analysis,generating knowledge maps such as publication trends,authorship and collaboration networks,keyword clustering,keyword timelines,and time zone maps.Additionally,content analysis is used to systematically summarize the research achievements of core authors in this field and the technical applications of artificial intelligence technology in learning behavior analysis.The study finds that with the development of informatization and innovation,the influence of artificial intelligence technology in learning behavior analysis is becoming increasingly prominent,playing a positive role in optimizing teaching effectiveness and promoting personalized educational development.Regarding the issues existing in the research on the application of artificial intelligence technology and learning behavior analysis,this study suggests further research on strengthening the construction and sharing of datasets,focusing on practical and feasible technology applications,addressing ethical issues in data collection and application,and protecting learners' privacy.
