摘要
为了研究不同进、排气压力的变化对多级压缩机性能的影响,建立了多级压缩机各级排气压力的数值预测模型,并对模型进行了试验验证。该模型综合考虑了单级压缩机热力学模型和多级压缩机串联运行过程中各级气缸的质量守恒,利用该模型模拟了四级摆动斜盘式空气压缩机在不同吸气和排气压力下的各级排气压力分配,并对每个阶段气缸的热力学性能进行了分析。结果表明,多级压缩机进、排气压力的变化对各级排气压力有不同的影响,当进气压力从0.08 MPa增加到0.1 MPa时,质量流量增加了30%,各级排气压力分别增加了25%,25%,17%,0%,各级压缩机气缸的指示功分别增加了28%,29%,22%,13%;当排气压力从30 MPa增加到40 MPa时,质量流量减少30%,各级排气压力分别增加0.4%,1.5%,4.5%,33.3%。第三、四级气缸指示功分别增加了3%和25%。研究结果可为多级往复式压缩机的设计提供理论依据。
In order to study the effect of different inlet and exhaust pressure changes on the performance of multistage compressors,a numerical prediction model of exhaust pressure at all stages of multistage compressors was established and experimentally verified.The model takes into account the thermodynamic model of single-stage compressor and the conservation of mass of cylinders at all stages during the series operation of multi-stage compressor.The model was used to simulate the exhaust pressure distribution of each stage of a four-stage oscillating swash plate air compressor under different suction and discharge pressures,and the thermodynamic performance of the cylinders at each stage was analyzed.The results show that the changes of intake and exhaust pressures of the multistage compressor have different effects on the exhaust pressures of each stage,and the mass flow rate is increased by 30%when the intake pressure is increased from 0.08 to 0.1 MPa,the exhaust pressures of each stage increased by 25%,25%,17%,and 0%,and the indicative work of each stage of the compressor cylinders increased by 28%,29%,22%,and 13%,respectively;when the exhaust pressure is increased from 30 MPa to 40 MPa,the mass flow rate is decreased by 30%,and the exhaust pressure at each stage increased by 0.4%,1.5%,4.5%,and 33.3%,respectively.The indicated work of cylinders at the third and fourth stages increased by 3%and 25%,respectively.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the design of multi-stage reciprocating compressors.
