摘要
分析了全封闭活塞式冰箱压缩机噪声来源、传播途径以及所研究的冰箱压缩机的噪声频率特性。介绍了为降低冰箱压缩机的噪声所进行的压缩机壳体改进 ;排气阀运动特性改进 ;增加排气阀限位板阻尼等试验研究。实验结果表明 。
The noise resources, noise propagating ways and its spectrum characteristic of a hermetic reciprocating refrigerator compressor were analyzed. The experimental researches on noise reduction of this kind of compressor were also described:redesigning the compressor's shell, improving the motion character of discharge valve and increasing damping of the discharge valve stopper. The test results shown that these methods have good effects on noise reduction of the compressor.
