摘要
城市社区是城市居民生活的公共空间。以数字技术赋能城市社区韧性治理,打造数字韧性社区,是增强社区抗风险能力、推进社区治理现代化和平安建设的重要内容。数字技术赋能韧性社区,表现在技术逻辑、组织逻辑、环境逻辑三个维度。基于全国首个联合国“世界韧性示范城市”——诸暨市打造数字韧性社区的案例研究发现,要通过数字技术优化治理技术、组织体系、社会环境,提高城市社区韧性水平,打造数字韧性社区,推进平安建设。
Urban community is the public space of urban residents'life.It is an important content to strengthen the community anti-risk ability and promote the modernization of community governance and the construction of peace.The tenacity community enabled by digital technology is embodied in three dimensions:technical logic,organizational logic and environmental logic.Based on a case study of Zhuji,the China's first United Nations“World Model City of resilience”,which found that digital technology can be used to optimize governance technologies,organizational systems and social circumstances,we will improve the resilience of urban communities,build digital resilient communities,and promote safe construction.
