摘要
着力提升产业链供应链韧性与安全水平是中国构建新发展格局、实现高质量发展的关键举措。文章以跨境电商综合试验区设立为准自然实验,基于2010—2021年沪深A股上市企业数据,实证考察跨境电商改革对企业供应链韧性的影响。结果显示:(1)跨境电商改革能够提升企业供应链韧性,该结论在进行一系列稳健性检验后仍然成立;(2)跨境电商改革可以帮助企业提高风险承担水平、降低交易成本、促进市场多元化,从而提升供应链韧性;(3)对于非国有企业和非劳动密集型行业的企业,跨境电商改革对其供应链韧性的提升效应更显著;(4)对于小规模企业、高科技企业及竞争激烈行业的企业,跨境电商改革对其供应链韧性的提升效应更强。研究结论为跨境电商改革增强企业供应链韧性提供了经验证据。
Enhancing the resilience and security of industrial chain and supply chain is a critical strategy for China to establish a new development paradigm and achieve high-quality development.Utilizing the establishment of cross-border e-commerce pilot zone as a quasi-natural experiment,this article investigates the impact of cross-border e-commerce reform on enterprise supply chain resilience using the data of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2010 to 2021.The results show that:(1)Cross-border e-commerce reform can promote enterprise supply chain resilience.This conclusion still holds after a series of robustness tests.(2)Cross-border e-commerce reform can enhance supply chain resilience by increasing risk-taking level,reducing transaction costs,and fostering market diversification.(3)For non state-owned enterprises and enterprises in non labor-intensive industries,the improvement effect of cross border e-commerce reform on their supply chain resilience is more significant.(4)For small-scale enterprises,high-tech enterprises,and enterprises in highly competitive industries,cross-border e commerce reform has a stronger effect on enhancing their supply chain resilience.These findings offer empirical evidence for the role of cross-border e-commerce reform in promoting enterprise supply chain resilience.
