摘要
“天下为公”思想是中华优秀传统文化中具有重要影响和深远意义的价值观念,体现中国传统社会中的价值追求。从纵向的时空维度来看,“天下为公”思想起源于先秦时期诸子百家的治世理想之中,发展于帝制时代巩固王朝统治的实践之中,成熟于近代以来挽救民族危亡的探索之中。“天下为公”的理念在各个历史时期经历了复杂嬗变,但是其恒久不变的是其内在的哲学意蕴。从横向的逻辑层次来看,“天下为公”将“以民为本”作为自己的价值内核、维护社会公平正义作为重要保障,实现大同社会理想作为最终目标。中国特色社会主义进入新时代,世界正经历百年未有之大变局,“天下为公”的三重内涵在新时代发生了新的转化,分别是始终坚持人民至上以造福于民、维护公平正义以构建和谐社会、坚持胸怀天下以实现命运与共。
As an influential value of Chinese culture,"the world or country for al"reflects the spiritual pursuit of the traditional Chinese society.From the vertical dimension of time and space,this worldview emerged among the nation managing ideas of the Hundred Schools of Thought,got nurtured by the administer practice of the imperial era,cultivated by the indomitable exploration of the Chinese people for survival of the nation in modern times.The concept of"the world for all"has undergone complex evolution in various historical periods,but its internal philosophical implication remains unchanged.From the horizontal logical level,this worldview takes the people as its core value,social fairness and justice as guarantee,and great harmony as ultimate goal.In the new era,the concept of"the world for all"gets new connotations:to always put the people first to benefit the people,to uphold fairness and justice to build a harmonious society,and to maintain a global vision to construct a community of shared future for mankind.
