摘要
人民政协是中国特色社会主义制度优势的重要体现,也是社会主义协商民主的重要渠道和专门协商机构,在发展全过程人民民主过程中具有独特的优势。江西省人民政协通过创新推出“赣事好商量”协商议事平台,将政治协商与基层协商相衔接,充分发挥了协商民主平台的功能作用;并在平台的推广和实践中构建了党委领导、委员下沉、科学决策、效能提升等四大运行机制,以此实现其发展全过程人民民主的基层治理作用,大力发展了全过程人民民主。
The People’s Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC),an embodiment of strength unique to the socialism system with Chinese characteristics,is a major channel for socialist consultative democracy and specialized consultative body,enjoying a unique advantage in developing whole-process people’s democracy.The consultative platform,“赣事好商量(Let’s Discuss Jiangxi’s Affair)”,hosted by the CPPCC Jiangxi Provincial Committee,connects political consultation with communities,giving full play to the function of the consultative platform.In promoting and applying the platform,they have adopted mechanisms for the leadership of the Party committees,members of the Party committees getting down to the communities,sound decision-making,and improving efficiency and performance,which gives full play to its role in primary-level governance in advancing whole-process people’s democracy.
