摘要
随着西藏地区社会经济的持续发展和农业科技的不断进步,探索适应新形势下的农业科技成果评价机制,对推动西藏农业科技发展具有重要意义。通过综述国内外科技成果评价机制,研究了西藏农业科技环境发展现状与发展趋势,探索构建新形势下西藏农业科技成果评价机制的原则与对策,以期提高西藏农业科技创新与成果转化,推动西藏农业科技的发展。
As the continuous development of social economy and progress of agricultural science and technology in Xizang,it becomes crucial to explore an appropriate evaluation mechanism for agricultural science and technology achievements in the face of new challenges.This paper reviews domestic and international evaluation mechanisms for scientific and technological achievements,studies the current state and future trends of the agricultural technology environment in Xizang,and explores principles and strategies for establishing a new evaluation mechanism.The goal is to enhance the innovation and application of agricultural technology in Xizang,thereby driving its agricultural science and technology development forward.
