智能化井工煤矿技术开发科技成果价值评估方法研究

Research on the valuation method of technological achievements in intelligent underground coal mine construction

摘要 智能化井工煤矿建设过程中产生的科技成果在煤矿安全与工作效率等方面发挥着重要作用,其价值评估是目前学术界与工业界关注的热点问题。针对煤矿智能化背景下煤矿技术开发科技成果的评价问题,构建了价值评估指标体系,包括科学价值、技术价值、经济价值、社会价值、文化价值和转化风险6个维度,共计19个二级指标。为了评价结果的准确性,采用层次分析法和熵权法综合确定各指标的权重,并且采用模糊综合评价法对智能化井工煤矿技术开发科技成果进行定量评价,为煤矿的技术开发科技成果的评价和管理提供了一种新的思路和方案,也为煤矿的智能化建设和发展提供有效的支撑和保障。 The technological achievements generated during the construction of intelligent underground coal mines play an important role in coal mine safety and work efficiency,and their value evaluation is currently a hot topic of concern in both academia and industry.In response to the evaluation of technological achievements in coal mine technology development under the background of intelligent coal mining,this article constructs a value evaluation index system,which includes six dimensions:scientific value,technological value,economic value,social value,cultural value,and transformation risk,totaling nineteen secondary indicators.In order to evaluate the accuracy of the results,this article uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy Weight Method to comprehensively determine the weights of each indicator,and uses the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to quantitatively evaluate the scientific and technological achievements of intelligent mining technology development.This provides a new idea and plan for the evaluation and management of scientific and technological achievements in coal mine technology development,and also provides an effective support and guarantee for the intelligent construction and development of coal mines.
