摘要
制定了采煤机摇臂总体方案,对传动系统各齿轮的安全系数和轴承的寿命进行了校核,研究了摇臂互换性,改进了内喷雾结构,探讨了互换性对配套关系的影响,校核了壳体与过渡架连接的可靠性,研制了新型冷却润滑系统,并通过大倾角润滑实验、加载温升实验予以验证,验证结果表明该型摇臂设计合理可靠,冷却润滑效果良好,可替代进口摇臂使用。
The overall scheme of the rocker arm of the shearer was formulated,the safety factor of each gear of the transmission system and the life of the bearing were checked,the interchangeability of the rocker arm was studied,the internal spray structure was improved,the influence of the interchangeability on the supporting relationship was discussed,the reliability of the connection between the shell and the transition frame was checked,and a new cooling and lubrication system was developed.The results show that the design of the rocker arm is reasonable and reliable,the cooling and lubrication effect is good,and it can replace the imported rocker arm.
