摘要
介绍了含柔性体虚拟样机运动方程的推导过程,采用专业建模软件UG建立了采煤机截割部的三维几何模型,利用ADAMS软件建立了采煤机摇臂的虚拟样机模型,并对采煤机摇臂进行了动力学分析.仿真结果表明,柔性化摇臂铰接点力的阶跃响应最大超调量为83%,比将摇臂作为刚性体进行受力分析更接近实际工况.
Introduced the derivation process motion equations of virtual prototype with flexible body, built 3D geometrical model of shearer cutting unit by using UG software and built a virtual prototype model of shearer ranging arm by applying ADAMS, The dynamics analysis of ranging arm was done. The simulation results show that the maximum step response overshoot of joint force on the flexible ranging arm is 83%. The dynamics analysis with flexible ranging arm is more conform to the working condition than the analysis with rigid ranging arm.
