Development Overview of Offshore Wind Power Technology

摘要 深远海大容量风力发电机是未来海上风电的发展趋势,但是海洋环境恶劣,风力发电机维护和检修成本高,海上作业窗口期短,人工作业强度大。针对上述挑战,对海上风电涉及的不同领域发展情况进行介绍,对各领域的技术创新进行重点阐述,具体包括海上风电机组驱动链技术、海上风电机组电气系统、海上风电机组控制系统、叶片、机械与支撑结构等。引入新型材料改进关键部件基础性能,提出创新构型提高风力发电机叶片、电气系统、机械系统关键设备耐久度,实现轻量化和模块化设计目标。使用高精度传感器、大数据分析和智能检测方案,实现运维的精准化、场控的精细化。基于一系列先进控制算法,为风力发电机增容降载,在确保风电机组安全稳定运行的同时,提高风电场的发电效能。为实现环境和经济效益的双赢,行业内对退役叶片回收、材料循环利用进行积极探索。以漂浮式风力发电机为平台,推动风储深度融合,实现海风制氢多能互补。所做介绍对海上风电技术路线和发展具有参考价值,同时对海上风电的智能化和电网友好化进行了前景展望。 Large-capacity wind turbine in deep and remote sea represents the future development trend of offshore wind power.However,challenges include the harsh marine environment,the high costs of turbine maintenance and overhaul,the limited offshore operation window,and the high intensity of manual operation.In view of these challenges,the development of different fields of offshore wind power was introduced,with a focus on technological innovations in various fields,including offshore wind turbine drive chain technology,electrical system,control system,blade,machinery and support structure.By introducing new material to enhance the fundamental performance of key component,innovative configuration was proposed to improve the durability of blade and key equipment in electrical system and mechanical system of wind turbine to achieve lightweight and modular design goals.The use of high-precision sensor,big data analysis,and intelligent detection solution enhanced operation and maintenance precision,and refined field control.Advanced control algorithm increased wind turbine capacity,reduced load,and improved the power generation efficiency of wind farm while ensuring safe and stable operation of wind turbine unit.To achieve a win-win situation in terms of environmental and economic benefits,the industry is actively exploring the recovery and recycling of retired blade and material.Deep integration of wind energy and storage was promoted to facilitate multi-energy complementarity for hydrogen production from offshore wind by taking floating wind turbine serve as a platform.This introduction provided valuable insight into the technological roadmap and development of offshore wind power,and offered a forward-looking perspective on the intelligentization and grid compatibility of offshore wind power.
