迈向深水远岸的海上风电关键技术展望与思考 被引量:3

The Prospect of Key Technologies of Offshore Wind Power towards Deep-water and Off-coast Areas

摘要 深远海海域海上风电资源开发潜力巨大,是增强沿海省份清洁电力就近供应的重要途径,也是加快发展海洋能源新质生产力、壮大我国海洋能源经济产业的新引擎。与此同时,深远海海域开发建设环境更为复杂,面临风高浪急、深水远岸等诸多挑战,目前对深远海海上风电关键技术及其现状水平、发展方向、技术指标等还缺乏系统性研究。聚焦深远海海上风电所涉及的集群规划布局、漂浮式基础、高电压大容量海上柔性直流输变电、海上能源岛等关键领域和前沿装备技术及业态,分析了深远海海上风电技术现状和发展展望,为推进深远海海上风电高质量开发建设提供借鉴。 The offshore wind power resource in deep-water and off-coast sea areas has huge development potential,and it is a crucial path to improve the nearby supply of clean power in coastal provinces,meanwhile it is also a new engine to accelerate the development of marine energy innovation productivity and economic industry.As the more complicated environment conditions,the construction of offshore wind farms in deep-water and off-coast sea areas will face many challenges such as stronger wind and higher wave conditions,deeper water and longer distance from coast.At present,the systematic research on key technologies of deep-water and off-coast offshore wind power and their current statuses,development direction and technical indicators need to be further investigated.Focusing on the key fields and cutting-edge equipment technologies involved in deep-water and off-coast offshore wind power,including cluster layout,floating offshore wind turbine foundation,high voltage and large capacity offshore flexible DC transmission,and offshore energy island,their technical status and development prospects are analyzed to provide reference for promoting the high-quality development of deep-water and off-coast offshore wind power.
