摘要
目的:分析中医综合护理在心房颤动冷冻消融术后胃脘痛患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月徐州市中医院收治的心房颤动冷冻消融术后胃脘痛患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(40例)及对照组(40例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组疼痛评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,两组生活质量评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:中医综合护理在心房颤动冷冻消融术后胃脘痛患者护理中的应用效果显著,可减轻患者疼痛,改善生活质量,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the effect of TCM comprehensive nursing in nursing of patients with epigastric pain after atrial fibrillation cryoablation.Methods:A total of 80 patients with gastric epigastric pain after atrial fibrillation cryoablation admitted to Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received TCM comprehensive nursing based on the control group.Comparison of nursing outcomes between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the pain scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Total satisfaction with nursing care was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of TCM comprehensive nursing in the nursing of patients with epigastric pain after atrial fibrillation cryoablation is significant,which can reduce the pain of patients,improve the quality of life and improve the nursing satisfaction.
