摘要
目的:探讨集束化护理干预在房颤经冷冻球囊导管消融术患者中的应用效果。方法:选择房颤经冷冻球囊导管消融术患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。观察组给予集束化护理,对照组给予常规护理。比较两组护理前后生活质量、心理状态、术后并发症及临床预后等。结果:护理后,观察组生活质量各维度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率[20.00%(10/50)]低于对照组28.00%(14/50),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3月后随访,观察组临床预后较好,不良心脑血管事件复发率[12.00%(6/50)]低于对照组[30.00%(15/50)](P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理干预可显著提高房颤经冷冻球囊导管消融术患者的术后生活质量及心理状态,改善其临床预后。
Objective:To discuss application values of clustering nursing intervention in patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing frozen balloon catheter ablation.Methods:All 100 patients were chosen,and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,50 cases in each group.The observation group accepted clustering nursing,and the control group received conventional care.To compare the differences in quality of life,psychological state,postoperative complications and clinical prognosis before and after nursing between both groups.Results:After the care,dimensional scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than these of the control group(P<0.05),SAS and SDS were lower than these of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was[20.00%(10/50)],lower than[28.00%(14/50)]of the control group,while the difference had no statistical meaning(P>0.05).When both groups were followed up for three months,clinical prognosis of the observation group was better,the recurrence rate of adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events was[12.00%(6/50)],lower than[30.00%(15/50)]of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clustering nursing intervention could notably raise quality of life and psychological state in patients,improve its clinical prognosis.
