摘要
采用挤轧成形工艺制备TA2钛管,建立了TA2钛管挤轧成形有限元仿真模型,研究了管坯在挤轧成形工艺中的变形过程;探究了轧辊送进角、轧辊公转速度和管坯前进速度对挤轧成形后管坯尺寸精度的影响规律;以管坯几何尺寸精度为评价依据,通过正交模拟试验得到钛管挤轧成形的最优工艺参数。结果表明,管坯的径向应变、周向应变以及轴向应变在挤轧变形区内呈明显三角分布;送进角过大和过小均使得管坯的尺寸偏差增大,管坯的尺寸偏差随着轧辊公转速度的增大而增大,管坯前进速度过小会导致管坯成形质量变差;最优的挤轧工艺参数为送进角6°,轧辊公转速度150 r·min^(-1),管坯前进速度5 mm·s^(-1);基于优化的挤轧工艺参数,成功挤轧出质量良好的TA2钛管。
The extrusion-rolling forming process was used to prepare TA2 titanium tubes.The finite element simulation model of TA2 titanium tube in extrusion-rolling forming was established.The deformation process of tube blank in extrusion-rolling forming process was studied.The influence laws of roll feeding angle,roll revolution speed and tube blank forward speed on the dimensional accuracy of tube blank after extrusion-rolling forming were studied.Based on the evaluation of the geometric dimension accuracy of the tube blank,the optimal process parameters of extrusion-rolling forming for titanium tube were obtained through orthogonal simulation tests.The results show that the radial strain,circumferential strain and axial strain of the tube blank exhibit significant triangular distribution in the extrusionrolling deformation area.Both too large and too small feed angles increase the dimensional deviation of the tube blank.The dimensional deviation of the tube blank increases with the increase of roll revolution speed.Too small tube blank forward speed can lead to poor forming quality of the tube blank.The optimal extrusion-rolling process parameters are feed angle of 6°,roll revolution speed of 150 r·min^(-1)and tube blank forward speed of 5 mm·s^(-1).Based on the optimized extrusion-rolling process parameters,the TA2 titanium tube with good quality was successfully extruded.
