摘要
                
                    研究了双态组织要求的Ti80钛合金管材在α+β两相区高温热处理温度对管材显微组织、力学性能和冲击功的影响。结果表明,对于热挤压Ti80管材,采用相变点以下20℃~40℃挤压管材,经过950℃/60min/AC热处理后,可以制备出即满足双态组织要求,又能确保力学性能和冲击功达到最佳匹配的Ti80钛合金管材。
                
                The effects of high temperature heat treatment temperature inα+βtwo-phase region on the microstructure,mechanical properties and impact energy of Ti80 titanium alloy pipes required for dual-mode structure were studied.The results show that for the hot extruded Ti80 pipe,the pipe is extruded at 20℃~40℃below the phase transition point,and after heat treatment at 950℃/60min/AC,the pipe can be prepared which not only meets the requirements of the two-state structure,but also ensures the mechanical properties and impact.Work to achieve the best matching Ti80 titanium alloy pipe.
