摘要
为研究TC4钛合金板热轧全流程中的板坯温度变化,实现钛板轧制过程中板坯温度可控,通过板坯与空气间和轧辊间的换热实验,分别利用DEFORM有限元软件反算及拟合逼近,最终确定其换热系数。结果表明,当温度小于770℃时,随着温度的升高,板坯与空气间的综合换热系数基本呈指数型增长;当温度大于770℃时,除800~850℃的振荡区以外,其综合换热系数基本呈固定速率急剧降低。接触换热部分结果与实测值存在约2%的偏差,需依靠拟合结果反复修正。最终经修正后的接触换热系数为8000 W·m^(-2)·K^(-1)。
To study the temperature variation of slab in the whole process of hot rolling of TC4 titanium alloy plate and realize the controllable temperature of the slab in the rolling process of titanium plate,the heat transfer coefficient was finally determined by reverse calculation and fitting approximation using the finite element software DEFORM through heat transfer experiments between the slab and air and between the rolls.The results show that when the temperature is lower than 770 ℃,the comprehensive heat transfer coefficient between the slab and air increases exponentially with the increase of temperature.When the temperature is higher than 770 ℃,except for the oscillation zone at 800~850 ℃,the comprehensive heat transfer coefficient decreases rapidly at a fixed rate.There is a deviation of about 2% between the results of contact heat transfer and the measured values,which need to be corrected repeatedly according to the fitting results.The final modified contact heat transfer coefficient is 8000 W·m^(-2)·K^(-1).
