摘要
基于认知学徒制理论的“六双驱动”模式,通过双标准选拔、双身份培养、双导师授课、双项目教学、双基地实训和双主体管理等措施,构建外贸人才创新创业能力培养体系。该模式有效提升学生的整体创新创业元认知水平,特别是在增强认知自信、培养积极思维、促进自我反思及提升认知评判能力方面成效显著,并在实践中成功孵化了多个创新项目。
Based on the“six dual-driving”models of the cognitive apprenticeship theory,this paper constructs a system for cultivating foreign trade talents’innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities through measures such as dual-standard selection,dual-identity cultivation,dual-tutor teaching,dual-project instruction,dual-base practical training and dual-subject management.This model effectively enhances students’overall meta-cognitive level of innovation and entrepreneurship,which especially has significant effects in strengthening cognitive self-confidence,fostering positive thinking,promoting self-reflection and improving cognitive judgment ability.In practice,it has successfully produced multiple innovation projects.
