摘要
试验旨在优化黄花棘豆中总生物碱的提取工艺并进行抗斜纹夜蛾活性研究。在单因素试验基础之上,设计Box-Behnken响应面试验优化总生物碱的提取工艺,采用浸虫浸叶法探究总生物碱抗斜纹夜蛾活性。结果显示,最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度64.00%、提取温度81.00℃、提取2次、提取时间1.50 h、液料比11.00 mL·g^(-1),总生物碱提取率为1.79 mg·g^(-1)。此工艺条件下获取的总生物碱对3日龄斜纹夜蛾幼虫的LC_(50)值为42.10 mg·mL^(-1)。
The experiment was to optimize the extraction technology of total alkaloids from Oxytropis ochrocephala Bunge and study the activity of anti-Spodoptera litura.Box-Behnken response surface test was designed to optimize the extraction process of total alka-loids on the basis of single factor test.The anti-activity of best technological extract was studied by immersion method.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were 64.00%ethanol concentration,81.00 C extraction temperature,extraction twice,1.50 h extraction time,11.00 mL·g^(-1)liquid to material ratio,and the yield of total alkaloid from Oxytropis ochrocephala Bunge was 1.79 mg·g^(-1).The LC_(50) value of total alkaloid sites obtained under this process for 3-day-old Spodoptera litura was 42.10 mg·mL^(-1).
