摘要
目的探讨中药水疗与电子生物反馈治疗在卒中后手功能障碍患者中的联合应用效果。方法随机选取2021年3月—2022年3月90例卒中后手功能障碍作为研究对象,分为对照组与观察组各45例。对照组采用常规康复功能训练,观察组在其基础上实施中药水疗联合电子生物反馈治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效,对比治疗前及治疗1个月后两组患者腕关节掌屈和背伸肌力[徒手肌力检查评分(MMT)]、表面肌电均方根值(RMS)、运动功能[肢体运动功能评分(FMA)]以及生活质量[世界卫生组织生活质量简表(WHOQOL-BREF)]变化。结果观察组临床疗效、MMT、RMS、FMA、WHOQOL-BREF均较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论中药水疗联合电子生物反馈治疗可有效提高卒中后手障碍患者临床疗效,改善肢体功能,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese herbal hydrotherapy and electronic biofeedback therapy in patients with hand dysfunction after stroke.Methods Ninety cases of hand dysfunction after stroke from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly selected as the research object,and divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine hydrotherapy combined with electronic biofeedback therapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the changes of wrist palmar flexor and dorsal extensor muscle strength(MMT),surface electromyography root mean square(RMS),motor function(FMA)and quality of life(The World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF,WHOQOL-BREF)were compared before and after treatment.Results The clinical efficacy,the values of MMT,RMS and FMA and WHOQOL-BREF scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal hydrotherapy combined with electronic biofeedback therapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of post-stroke hand disorder patients,and improve limb function and the quality of life of patients.
