摘要
基于教育生态视角,文章探讨了学前教育专业群在资源共享方面存在的信息不对称、合作机制欠缺、治理结构不健全及资源整合不足等问题,提出构建信息共享平台、优化合作机制、改进治理结构、加强资源统筹等策略,以实现资源的高效配置和公平分配,提升资源利用率和教育质量,促进学前教育专业群的协同发展和可持续创新。
From the perspective of educational ecology,this study explores the issues of information asymmetry,lack of cooperation mechanisms,unstructured governance,and insufficient resource integration in resource sharing among preschool education professional clusters.Strategies such as establishing information-sharing platforms,optimizing cooperation mechanisms,improving governance structures,and enhancing resource coordination are proposed to achieve efficient resource allocation and equitable distribution.These measures aim to improve resource utilization and educational quality,promoting the collaborative development and sustainable innovation of preschool education professional clusters.
