摘要
高水平专业群建设是完善高职教育专业结构的有效路径之一,旨在强化教育适应性,助力“双高”教学目标的实现。高水平专业群的建设对于人才培养、优化办学结构等方面都具有积极的影响,相关院校应建立健全育人机制,革新人才培养模式,提高自身办学质量。目前越来越多的院校将教育生态学视为高水平专业群建设的基点,因为两者具有相似的产生机理与生存规则,有助于平衡专业群的生态发展。文章基于教育生态学视角,对高水平专业群建设展开了研究,并提出了相关建议,希望本研究能为高职专业群建设工作提供有益参考与借鉴。
The construction of high-level professional groups is one of the effective paths to improve the professional structure of higher vocational education,aiming to strengthen educational adaptability and help achieve the"dual high"teaching goals.The construction of high-level professional groups has a positive impact on talent cultivation,optimization of educational structure,and other aspects.Relevant universities should establish a sound education mechanism,innovate talent cultivation models,and improve their own educational quality.Currently,more and more universities are considering educational ecology as the starting point for the construction of high-level professional groups,as the two have similar production mechanisms and survival rules,which help balance the ecological development of professional groups.Based on the perspective of educational ecology,this article conducts research on the construction of high-level professional groups and puts forward relevant suggestions.It is hoped that this study can provide useful reference and reference for the construction of vocational professional groups.
