摘要
高职专业设置对接社会经济发展需求、企业人才需求,连接学校人才培养、课堂教学、学生综合素质和综合能力提升,是产业与教育的联结点,是推动职业教育高质量发展的关键环节。该文通过对天津市高职专业布点与天津市各产业及优势产业进行对比分析,探究天津市高职专业设置与产业耦合情况。研究表明,从专业设置来看,天津市高职专业设置对区域产业发展整体适应性较高,但对于部分优势产业而言,新兴产业专业布点较少,相较行业用人需求,可能存在一定的人才供给不足的问题。该文提出从遵循职业教育发展规律、对标区域经济社会发展需求与产业规划、紧盯市场需求、以就业质量为导向等几个方面,动态调整专业设置。
The establishment of vocational colleges'majors is in line with the needs of social and economic development and enterprise talent needs,linking school talent cultivation,classroom teaching,and the improvement of students'comprehensive qualities and abilities.It is the connecting point between industry and education and the key to promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.By comparing and analyzing the distribution of vocational majors in Tianjin with various industries and advantageous industries in Tianjin,this study aims to explore the coupling between the establishment of vocational majors and industries in Tianjin.Research has shown that from the perspective of professional settings,the overall adaptability of vocational colleges in Tianjin to the development of regional industries is relatively high.However,for some advantageous industries,there are fewer professional locations in emerging industries,and there may be a certain shortage of talent supply compared to the employment demand of the industry.Propose to dynamically adjust professional settings by following the development laws of vocational education,benchmarking regional economic and social development needs and industrial planning,closely monitoring market demand,and guided by employment quality.
