摘要
目的探讨基于目标导向的精细化干预方案联合感觉统合训练在脑动脉瘤介入术后患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析,采集解放军总医院第七医学中心2021年10月至2022年9月接受精细化护理干预联合感觉统合训练的45例脑动脉瘤介入术患者资料,纳入对照组;采集2022年10月至2023年9月接受基于目标导向的精细化干预方案联合感觉统合训练的45例脑动脉瘤介入术患者资料,纳入研究组。查阅患者资料,记录本研究所需结果资料,主要包括:干预前后认知功能[蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)]、焦虑抑郁发生率、并发症发生率及舒适程度(舒适状况量表)。结果干预后,2组MoCA评分均较干预前提高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后焦虑、抑郁发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组整体护理舒适度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于目标导向的精细化干预方案联合感觉统合训练可改善脑动脉瘤介入术后患者认知功能,降低焦虑、抑郁及术后并发症发生率,提高患者舒适度。
Objective To explore the application effect of goal-oriented meticulous intervention combined with sensory integration training in interventional treatments for cerebral aneurysm.Methods It was a retrospective study.It involved consecutive recruitment of 45 patients with interventional treatments for cerebral aneurysm(visited the Seventh Medical Center,from October 2021 to September 2022,control group)with 45 matched patients(visited the hospital from October 2022 to September 2023,study group).The patients of control group received refined nursing intervention plus sensory integration training,patients of study group received goal-oriented meticulous intervention program plus sensory integration training.The baseline data,cognitive function(Montreal Cognitive Assessment[MoCA]scores,anxiety/depression rate),complications rate,and General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)scores were recorded before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the MoCA scores of the both groups were improved than those before intervention,which in the study group were significantly higher compared to the control group(P<0.05).The rate of anxiety and depression was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications was significantly lower in the study group relative to the control group(P<0.05).The overall nursing comfort was significantly better in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The goal-oriented meticulous intervention combined with sensory integration training in interventional treatments for cerebral aneurysm can improve patients’cognitive function,reduce anxiety/depression rate,and lower postoperative complications,and improve nursing comfort.
