摘要
新质生产力是符合新发展理念的先进生产力质态,具有高科技、高效能、高质量特征,对实现公立医院高质量可持续发展具有纲领性指导作用。从新质生产力的基本内涵入手,以劳动者、劳动资料、劳动对象及其优化组合的跃升为视角,对建立符合公立医院高质量发展要求的精益管理体系核心要素和实施路径进行研究,并结合上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院实际情况探讨具体应用路径,以期能为实现公立医院转型升级提供经验借鉴。
New quality productive forces are advanced productive forces in line with the new development concept,with the characteristics of high technology,high efficiency and high quality. It has a guiding role in realizing the high-quality and sustainable development of public hospitals. Starting from the basic connotation of the new quality productivity, it studies the core elements and implementation paths of establishing a lean management system that meets the requirements of high-quality development of public hospitals from the perspective of the leap in the combination of labourers,labour materials,labour objects and their optimisation. Combined with the actual situation of Xinhua Hospital Affiliated To Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine,the specific application path is discussed, in order to be able to achieve the transformation and upgrading of public hospitals to provide experience to learn from.
