摘要
近年来,医院行风管理备受社会关注。本文分析了加强医院行风管理对于树立医院社会形象、维护患者权益、推动医院高质量发展的重要意义。介绍了当前医院行风管理存在的地位不高、内容单一、考核缺乏刚性、社会参与不足等突出问题。通过行风管理的先进经验,提出了推进医院行风管理体系建设的对策建议,包括:强化组织领导,将行风管理纳入医院整体发展战略;丰富管理内容,促进行风管理与临床质量、医疗安全等工作有机结合;创新监管方式,运用信息化手段提升行风监管效率;拓宽参与渠道,发挥行业自律和社会监督的积极作用,构建多元共治的行风监管格局。
In recent years,hospital conduct management has attracted much social attention.This paper analyzes the significance of strengthening hospital style management in establishing hospital social image,safeguarding patients'rights and interests,and promoting high-quality development of hospitals.This paper introduces the prominent prob‐lems existing in the current hospital conduct management,such as low status,single content,lack of rigidity in assess‐ment,and insufficient social participation.Through the advanced experience of the conduct management,the counter‐measures and suggestions for promoting the construction of the hospital's wind management system are put forward,in‐cluding:strengthening organizational leadership and incorporating the management of the wind into the overall devel‐opment strategy of the hospital;enrich the management content,promote the organic combination of style manage‐ment and clinical quality,medical safety and other work;innovate the way of supervision,use information technology to improve the efficiency of supervision;broaden the channels of participation,give full play to the positive role of in‐dustry self-discipline and social supervision,and build a multi-governance style supervision pattern.
