摘要
目的分析PDCA循环模式在慢性病管理护理人员管理中应用的效果。方法选取2022年5月—2024年3月云浮市人民医院负责慢性病管理的40名护理人员作为研究对象,根据具体护理管理模式分组,2022年5月—2023年4月实施常规管理,设为常规组,2023年5月—2024年3月实施PDCA循环模式,设为研究组,两组均为同一批护理人员。比较两组护理人员对慢性病管理相关知识掌握情况、护理质量以及对护理管理模式的满意度情况。结果研究组对慢性病管理相关知识掌握度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组护理质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组对护理的满意度为97.50%(39/40),高于常规组的82.50%(33/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.000,P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理模式在慢性病管理护理人员管理中应用的效果较为显著,可增强护理人员对专业知识的掌握度,确保护理工作高效、高质量的开展,且该管理模式能满足护理人员对管理模式的需求,具有较高借鉴价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA cycle model in the management of nursing staff in chronic disease management.Methods A total of 40 nursing staff responsible for chronic disease management in Yunfu People's Hospital from May 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were grouped according to the specific nursing management mode.From May 2022 to April 2023,routine management was implemented as the routine group.From May 2023 to March 2024,PDCA cycle mode was implemented as the study group.Both groups were the same group of nursing staff.The knowledge of chronic disease management,nursing quality and satisfaction with nursing management mode were compared between the two groups.Results The knowledge of chronic disease management in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the study group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.50%(39/40)higher than 82.50%(33/40)of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.000,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management mode in the management of nursing staff in chronic disease management is more effective,which can enhance the mastery of professional knowledge of nursing staff,ensure the efficient and high-quality development of nursing work,and the management mode can meet the needs of nursing staff for management mode,which has high reference value.
