摘要
中国医科大学航空总医院是第一批将6S管理在医院应用的医院之一。在4年的临床实践中从管理目标和临床实践出发,持续优化了6S管理医院中的应用,在教学方面也取得显著成效。本文将6S管理引入老年髋部骨折诊疗过程中的教学工作中,旨在协调好规范化管理与教学的关系,实现提高教学质量,保障教学安全的目标。
Aviation General Hospital of China Medical University was one of the first hospital for applications of 6S management, which keeps optimizing 6S management in its 4-year clinical practice. Application of 6S in teaching has also made remarkable achievements. This article described the application of 6S management in clinical teaching during treatment of elderly hip fracture, aimed at balancing the relationship between standardized management and clinical teaching, then to improve the quality and guarantee the security of clinical teaching.
