摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环管理模式在护理管理中的应用有效性。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月山东省公共卫生临床中心护理人员28名,根据管理模式的不同分为对照组(n=14)和观察组(n=14)。其中对照组应用常规管理模式,观察组应用PDCA循环管理模式。管理后,比较两组护理人员相关质量评分。结果管理后,观察组护理人员基础知识评分、实践操作能力评分、岗位胜任能力评分、自主学习能力评分、自我评价评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理模式在护理管理过程中具有良好的应用价值,其能够提高护理人员的理论知识与实践技能,值得进一步推广。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of PDCA cycle management model in nursing management.Methods 28 nursing staff from Shandong Public Health Clinical Center from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into a control group(n=14)and an observation group(n=14)based on different management models.The control group was treated with conventional management mode,while the observation group was treated with PDCA circular management mode.After management,compared the relevant quality scores of the two groups of nursing staff.Results After management,the observation group´s nursing staff´s basic knowledge score,practical operation ability score,job competence score,self-learning ability score,and self-evaluation score were all higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle management model has good application value in the nursing management process,and its ability to improve nursing staff´s theoretical knowledge and practical skills is worth further promotion.
