摘要
文章统计了卢敏教授治疗膝关节骨髓水肿综合征的有效案例,探讨卢敏教授辨治膝关节骨髓水肿综合征的临床经验。卢敏教授认为膝关节骨髓水肿综合征病机应围绕“痿”“痹”两个主要方面展开讨论,针对其核心病机“痿痹同病”,临床治疗提出急则治痹,以通络止痛为要,缓则痿痹同治,以补虚强筋为主,注重内外同调,直达病所的治疗原则,务必通过补益肝肾、调和气血,以达到“骨正筋柔”的目的,卢敏教授坚持辨病、辨证、辨期相结合,分期论治,灵活遣方,处方具有脏腑同治、气血同调的特点,兼顾外治法以求内外兼顾,重视宣教,积极配合功能锻炼,临床取得良好的疗效。
This paper counted the effective cases of Professor LU Min in the treatment of knee bone marrow edema syndrome,and discussed the clinical experience of Professor LU Min in the treatment of knee joint bone marrow edema syndrome.Professor LU Min believes that the pathogenesis of knee bone marrow edema syndrome is mainly“flaccidity”and“arthralgia”.In view of its core pathogenesis,“flaccidity and arthralgia are the same disease”.In clinical treatment,it is proposed to treat arthralgia in an urgent manner,taking dredging collaterals to relieve pain as the key point,and treat flaccidity and arthralgia in a slow manner.It is based on the principle of tonifying deficiency and strengthening tendons,focusing on internal and external coherence,and reaching the hospital directly.It is necessary to achieve the goal of“strengthening bones and tendons”by tonifying liver and kidney,and harmonizing Qi and blood.Professor LU Min insists on the combination of disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation and stage differentiation,treatment by stages and flexible prescription.The prescription has the characteristics of treating both organs and regulating Qi and blood,balancing external treatment methods for both internal and external aspects,emphasizing education,actively cooperating with functional exercise,and achieving good clinical efficacy.
