摘要
膝骨性关节炎是一种常累积双膝,以退行性病理改变为基础的慢性关节性疾病。近年来,随着膝骨关节炎发病率的增加,治疗技术却一直停滞不前。中药外治法作为极具中医药特色的一种外用疗法,对于治疗膝骨关节炎颇有疗效。通过查阅近几年文献,对中药外治法治疗膝骨关节炎的作用机制进行总结,以期在临床上为中药外治法治疗膝骨关节炎的应用和发展提供理论支撑。
Knee osteoarthritis is a chronic joint disease that often accumulates in both knees and is based on degenerative pathological changes.In recent years,as the incidence of knee osteoarthritis has increased,treatment techniques have been stagnant.As a kind of external therapy with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is quite effective in treating knee osteoarthritis.This article consults the literature in recent years,summarizes the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development and application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
