摘要
目的:观察伤科黑膏药外敷治疗膝痹病(KOA)的临床疗效。方法:以医院收治的60例膝痹病(膝骨性关节炎)患者为研究对象,根据就诊先后顺序按简单随机方法分为观察组与对照组各30例。观察组患者给予伤科黑膏药外敷联合口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,对照组仅口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,疗程4周。分别对两组治疗前及治疗后临床疗效、VAS疼痛评分、WOMAC骨关节炎指数、血清IL-6、TNF-α水平以及安全性进行比较。结果:两组治疗前后VAS评分、膝关节WOMAC量表评分比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其临床疗效显著,观察组与对照组治疗后比较有显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后血清IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:伤科黑膏药外敷联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗膝痹病(膝骨性关节炎)临床疗效满意,可明显改善膝关节疼痛、膝关节功能活动及血清IL-6、TNF-α水平,缓解炎症因子反应,且无明显不良反应,具有安全性。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of external application of black ointment in the treatment of knee arthralgia(KOA)in injured department.Methods:60 cases of knee arthralgia were selected as the subjects.According to the order of visits,they were divided into observation group and control group according to simple random method,30 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with black ointment combined with oral glucosamine sulfate capsule.The control group was treated only with glucosamine sulfate capsule.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,VAS pain score,WOMAC osteoarthritis index,serum IL-6,TNF-αlevel and safety were compared before and after treatment.Results:There was significant difference in VAS score and knee WOMAC scale between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the clinical effect was significant.There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).The level of serum IL-6、TNF-αin the two groups was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion:Application of black ointment combined with glucosamine sulfate capsule in the treatment of knee arthralgia(KOA)has satisfactory clinical effect.It can obviously improve knee pain,knee joint function and serum IL-6、TNF-αlevel,alleviate inflammatory factor reaction,and has no obvious adverse reaction.It has safety.
