摘要
为探究不同茶树品种鲜叶内含物质与其根际细菌群落的相关性,以‘保靖黄金茶1号’和‘桃源大叶’为试验品种,利用非靶向代谢组学方法测定茶树鲜叶内含成分,利用微生物组学鉴定其根际细菌群落。结果共鉴定出‘保靖黄金茶1号’和‘桃源大叶’鲜叶中显著差异化合物53个,其根际差异细菌群落11种。进一步通过关联性分析确定了‘保靖黄金茶1号’和‘桃源大叶’鲜叶差异内含成分与根际差异细菌群落显著性相关。该研究可为探究根际微生物对茶树鲜叶质量的影响提供参考。
To explore the correlation between the constituents of fresh leaves from different tea cultivars and their rhizosphere bacterial communities,'Baojing Huangjincha 1'and'Taoyuandaye'were selected as experimental cultivars.Non-targeted metabolomics methods were used to determine the constituents of fresh leaves in tea trees,microbial community profiling was utilized to identify rhizosphere bacterial populations.The result showed that 53 significantly different compounds in the fresh leaves of'Baojing Huangjincha 1'and'Taoyuandaye'and 11 different bacterial communities in their rhizospheres were identified.Furthermore,correlation analysis was conducted to determine the significant associations between the differential constituents of fresh leaves and rhizosphere differential bacterial communities in'Baojing Huangjincha 1'and'Taoyuandaye'.This research can provide reference for exploring the impact of rhizosphere microbiota on the quality of fresh tea leaves.
