三七连作与休闲土壤真菌群落组成与多样性分析 被引量:16

Analysis on the Composition and Diversity of Fungi Community in the Continuous Cropping and Fallow Soil of Panax notoginseng

摘要 目的:评估三七连作与休闲在连作障碍形成中对土壤真菌群落的影响效应。方法:高通量ITS测序分析三七连作健康根际土(H)、连作发病根际土(D)、休闲1年土(X1)、休闲3年土(X3)和生土(CK)土壤真菌群落组成与多样性。结果:生土中的优势目属分别是肉座菌目Hypocreales和大孢圆孢霉属Staphylotrichum,三七连作健康根际土中分别是散囊菌目Eurotiales和裸孢壳属Emericella,三七连作发病根际土中分别是肉座菌目Hypocreales和镰刀菌属Fusarium,休闲1年土中的优势属为小不整球壳属Plectosphaerella,休闲3年土中的优势属为小光壳属Leptosphaerulina。镰刀菌属Fusarium、柱孢属Cylindrocarpon和菌刺孢属Mycocentrospora等真菌为三七连作障碍发生的主要潜在致病菌属。结论:真菌群落在三七连作与休闲土壤中存在明显差异,休闲土壤真菌多样性指数高于连作三七根际土壤,根腐病发病植株根际土壤的真菌多样性指数最低。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of continuous cropping and fallow soil of Panax notoginseng on fungal community in the formation of continuous cropping obstacles.Methods:High-throughput ITS sequencing was used to analyze the compositions and diversities of soil fungal community in Panax notoginseng continuous cropping healthy rhizosphere soil(H),diseased rhizosphere soil(D),fallow one year soil(X1),fallow three years soil(X3)and raw soil(CK).Results:The dominant order and genus of raw soil was Hypocreales and Staphylotrichum,respectively,the dominant order and genus of Panax notoginseng continuous cropping healthy rhizosphere soil was Eurotiales and Emericella,respectively.In the diseased rhizosphere soil of Panax notoginseng,the dominant order and genus was Hypocreales and Fusarium,respectively.While in the fallow one year soil and three years soil,the dominant genus was Plectos phaerella and Leptosphaerulina,respectively.The fungi of Fusarium,Cylindrocarpon and Mycocentrospora were the main potential pathogens of Panax notoginseng continuous cropping obstacles.Conclusion:There are significant differences in fungal communities between Panax notoginseng continuous cropping and fallow soil.The fungal diversity index of fallow soil is higher than that of continuous Panax notoginseng rhizosphere soil,and the fungal diversity index of rhizosphere soil of plants with root rot disease is the lowest.
