摘要
国际话语权是权力的重要组成部分,也是大国博弈的重要方面。本研究基于体育强国建设背景下,采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法从紧迫形势、时代机遇和策略选择方面研究建构新时代中国体育话语体系。研究认为,中国体育话语权面临的紧迫形势有:西方国家主导着现代体育话语权;西方社会对中国文化的认知异化;西方国家文化不断强势输入中国。得出构建策略:积极展现中国实力,提升中国体育话语体系决策力;营造体育话语共识,提升中西文化认知异化破解力;融通中外文化,加强中国体育话语体系阐释力;传播中国传统体育文化,提升中国形象亲和力;创新传播手段,扩大中国体育话语国际传播影响力。
International discourse power is an important component of power while also being integral to major-power competition.Against the backdrop of sport power construction,this paper employs literature review and logical analysis to examine and formulate a contemporary framework for Chinese sport discourse system in terms of urgent situations,opportunities of the times,and strategic choices.It identifies the pressing challenges facing China’s sporting discourse right includes Western countries dominating the discourse power of modern sports;the cognitive alienation of Chinese culture in Western society;increasing encroachment by Western cultural norms within China.Proposed strategies include proactive showcasing of China’s capabilities to bolster its decision-making authority within sporting discourses;building consensus on sports discourse and enhancing the ability to break through the cognitive alienation of Chinese and Western cultures;integrating Chinese and foreign cultures to strengthen the explanatory power of China's sports discourse system;spreading traditional Chinese sports culture and enhancing the affinity of China's image;innovating communication methods and expanding the international influence of Chinese sports discourse.
