摘要
视障人士因其特殊的生理或心理原因,在享受公共图书馆服务时总是存在诸多困难。图书馆在服务视障人士时往往忽视视障人士情感及自我实现的需求,并笼统地将困难归因为视障人士的问题,难以建立友好和善的专业关系,因而不能激发和挖掘视障人士的潜能。文章采用比较思辨的方法,基于优势视角理论,探索公共图书馆深入服务视障群体的创新方法和相应保障措施,以期推动公共文化服务均等化向纵深发展,激发视障人士潜能,帮助其实现梦想。
Due to their special physiological or psychological reasons,the visually impaired people always have difficulties in enjoying public library services.However,due to the lack of professional social workers in public libraries,public libraries often ignore the emotional and self-actualization needs of the visually impaired people when serving them,and generally attribute the difficulties to their problems,making it difficult to establish friendly professional relations,so they can not stimulate and tap into the potential of the visually impaired people.This paper adopts the method of comparative and speculative research,based on the advantage perspective theory,to explore the innovative methods and corresponding guarantee measures of public libraries for in-depth service of the visually impaired group,in order to promote the equalization of public cultural services,stimulate the potential of visually impaired people,and help them achieve their dreams.
