摘要
职能科室既是管理部门,更是面向临床医技一线的服务部门,行政工作在整个医院的运行中具有重要的地位和作用。为进一步落实职能部门服务临床医技一线科室工作机制,力求准确掌握并协调解决一线科室提出的建设性意见与建议,医院职能科室服务关口前移,所有职能科室下临床医技一线收集意见,共收集1189条诉求,按职能科室划分归口,解决临床医技一线现存的问题。职能科室形成合力,针对临床、医技科室存在问题进行改进,各职能科室转变了服务态度,强化了服务职能,开展职能科室到临床医技一线服务的项目,促进医院各项工作的落实和推进,以确保提供高质量的医疗服务,医院职工满意度上升。
The primary objective of this study was to elaborate on the role of functional departments in hospitals.These departments are not only responsible for managing various functions of the hospital but also providing quality services to clinical and medical technology departments.Administrative work plays an important role in the operation of the whole hospital.This study aimed to accurately understand and coordinate opinions and suggestions raised by first-line clinical and medical technology departments,enhance the service gateway of functional departments,all clinical and medical technology opinions were collected under each functional department,and targeted countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.A total of 1189 demands were collected from first-line clinical and medical technology departments,and problems encountered in their work were addressed according to the functional departments involved.The various functional departments formed a joint force,in view of the clinical,medical and technical department problems,to improve the service attitude and strengthen the service function.This has ultimately promoted the implementation and promotion of various hospital work and increased hospital satisfaction.This study highlights the importance of effective coordination and communication between functional departments and first-line clinical and medical technology departments to ensure the provision of quality healthcare services.
