摘要
为了促进“岗课赛证”融通,以模具设计与制造专业为例进行能力培养目标调查研究。在调研时,先对接教育过程的输出环节,对学生的就业意向进行调研,在此基础上对企业的岗位能力需求进行调研,以此为基础整合职业技能大赛和1+X证书考核能力,最后构建模具设计与制造专业的培养能力目标模型,通过反向设计进行后续综合教学实例的开发,促进教育过程形成良性循环。
In order to promote the accommodation of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate",this paper takes the major of die&mold design and manufacturing as an example to investigate and study the capability goal.During the investigation,it connect the output link of the education process first,students′employment intention is investigated,and then the enterprise′s post ability demand is investigated.On this basis,the vocational skill competition and 1+X certificate assessment ability are integrated,and finally the training ability objective model of die&mold design and manufacturing major is constructed,and the development of subsequent comprehensive teaching examples through reverse design promotes the formation of a virtuous cycle in the education process.
