摘要习近平文化思想内涵丰富、逻辑缜密,集中概括和表达新时代以来文化建设的新思想新观点新论断,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想体系化的又一重大理论成果,为新时代文化建设展现新气象、实现新作为提供了根本思想遵循。作为中国共产党人百余年来文化建设的智慧结晶,习近平文化思想厚植于中华优秀传统文化,继承于马克思主义文化观,是对马克思主义立场、观点、方法的生动实践和形象表达,开辟了马克思主义文化观中国化时代化新境界,标志着党对社会主义文化建设的规律性认识达到了新高度。将习近平文化思想置于哲学视域进行深层次探究,从本体论、认识论、价值论和方法论维度揆诸其内涵、作用及意义,能为中华民族在新时代树立高度文化自信、建设社会主义文化强国、推动世界文化共同繁荣提供科学方向指引。 Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is rich in connotation and in logic.It focuses on summarizing and expressing new ideas,viewpoints,and judgments of cultural construction since the new era.It is another major theoretical achievement of the systematization of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,providing fundamental ideological guidance for promoting ideological and cultural work in the new era and making new achievements.As the wisdom crystallization of cultural construction of the CPC for more than a hundred years,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is deeply rooted in fine traditional Chinese culture and inherits from Marxist cultural view.It is a vivid practice and expression of Marxist positions,views and methods,opening up a new realm of sinicization and modernization of Marxist cultural view,and marking that the party’s understanding of the laws of socialist cultural construction has reached a new height.Placing Xi Jinping Thought on Culture in a philosophical perspective for in-depth exploration,exploring its connotation,role,and significance from the dimensions of ontology,epistemology,value theory,and methodology,providing scientific guidance and highlighting the value of the times for the Chinese nation to establish a high level of cultural confidence,build a socialist cultural power,and promote the common prosperity of global culture in the new era.
