摘要确立习近平文化思想是推动实现中华民族伟大复兴的现实需要,也是正确应对国际领域复杂意识形态斗争的迫切需求。习近平文化思想深化了对文化本质和文化自信自强的认识,深化了对文化发展道路的认识,深化了对新时代文化使命的认识,深化了意识形态工作与党和国家中心工作之间关系的认识,深化了对意识形态阵地管理的认识。习近平文化思想回答了新时代我国文化建设举什么旗、走什么路、坚持什么原则、实现什么目标等根本问题,涵盖文化建设的方向、目标、道路、原则等重要方面,是相对完整的思想体系。要正确理解“两个结合”、特别是“第二个结合”,高度重视意识形态安全,在学思用贯通、知信行合一中把学习贯彻习近平文化思想引向深入。 Establishing Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is not only a practical need to promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,but also an urgent requirement to correctly respond to the complex ideological struggles in the world today.Xi Jinping Thought on Culture deepens our understanding of the essence of culture and the self-confidence in Chinese culture,the development path of culture,our cultural mission in the new era,as well as the relationship between ideological work and the central work of the party and the country.Xi Jinping Thought on Culture answers such questions as what banner to hold,what path to take,what principles to adhere to,and what goals to achieve in China’s cultural construction in the new era,thus forming a relatively complete ideological system.It is necessary to correctly understand the“two combinations”,especially the“second combination”,attach great importance to ideological security,and deepen the study and implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture in the integration of learning,thinking and application,and the unity of knowledge,belief and action.

作者简介汪亭友,中国人民大学马克思主义学院教授、博士生导师,纪检监察学院兼职教授,当代政党研究平台研究员,北京高校思想政治理论课特级教授,中央马克思主义理论研究和建设工程重点教材编写组主要成员。兼任中国高等教育学会马克思主义研究分会副理事长、中国政治学常务理事等职。主持国家社科基金等各级各类项目多项,出版专著、合著10余部,发表学术论文150余篇;李敏,中国人民大学马克思主义学院博士研究生。
